The top of the Club Campestre house market and the address that set its three-year record at $2.6 million — alongside a quieter line of two-bedroom residences under $1 million.
Two products in one name, a million dollars apart
Solesta accounts for $26.0 million of recorded volume, the most of any address in Club Campestre, from just fifteen sales. Its $2,600,000 closing in July 2025 is the highest price recorded anywhere in the community in three years.
But the median — $1,950,000 — hides a split that matters enormously. Eleven of the fifteen sales were large residences between $1,450,000 and $2,600,000. The other four were two-bedroom units of about 2,130 square feet that closed between $875,000 and $935,000. These are not the same purchase and they should never be averaged together.
Both products are on the market now. Three large residences at $1,795,000 to $1,875,000, and two of the small units at $895,000 and $945,000 — the latter priced almost exactly where their comparables closed.

Three things worth knowing about Solesta
The two-bedroom line is remarkably stable, and it is firming. Four of them have closed: $875,000, $895,000, $900,000 and $935,000, the last in July 2026. Two of the four beat their asking price. All were listed at $875,000 or $895,000. The two currently listed, at $895,000 and $945,000, are asking within a few percent of proven value — there is not much room in either direction here.
The large residences discount, and by a widening amount. The three most recent large sales closed at 94%, 91% and 91% of asking, against 100% and 100% for the two earliest in the record. Two identical 4,203-square-foot residences closed at $1,500,000 and $1,450,000 from the same $1,590,000 asking price. The three currently listed at $1,795,000 to $1,875,000 are asking above both of those.
Solesta carries the highest price per square foot in the community — $439 at the median, against $230 in Pueblo Campestre. You are paying roughly double per foot for a Solesta house compared with the community’s most affordable house market. Whether that is worth it is a question about finish level and position that the MLS record cannot answer for you, so go and see both.
