Larena Real Estate
The highest condominium prices in Club Campestre. All nine recorded sales closed within a single week of August 2025, and seven four-bedroom residences remain.
Nine sales in one week, and what is left over
Larena has the highest condominium median in Club Campestre at $1,630,000, and the most unusual sales record in the community: all nine closings happened on 21 and 22 August 2025. That is a developer completing a building, not an open market trading.
Every unit recorded, sold or listed, is a four-bedroom. Sizes run 2,923 to 5,286 square feet of constructed area, and the nine sales spanned $1,490,000 to $1,840,000 for $15.2 million in total volume.
Seven residences remain listed, from $1,410,000 to $1,640,000, all carrying a 2026 completion. Notably, that asking range sits below the top of what already closed — four units closed at $1.8 million or above, and nothing is currently asking that much.

Three things worth knowing about Larena
Nine sales in one week is a closing event, not a market. Every recorded Larena transaction settled on 21 or 22 August 2025. Five of the nine closed at exactly their asking price and the other four at a 5–8% discount. That tells you what the developer contracted at; it tells you very little about what an individual resale would fetch, because Larena has not yet had one.
Today’s asking prices sit below the top of what closed. Four units closed at $1,800,000 or more. Nothing is currently listed above $1,640,000. That could reflect unit position, floor level or a different phase — but it is worth asking the question, because on the face of the record the remaining inventory is priced under the proven high.
Everything here is a four-bedroom, and size does not track price cleanly. The two largest units at 5,286 square feet are asking $1,560,000, while a 2,923-square-foot unit asks $1,640,000. Garden level, second level and penthouse are priced on position rather than floor area, so compare like with like before concluding anything is cheap.
